The Omega Chapter operates low-income senior housing apartments in Harrison Township, Michigan.
The AHEPA 371 and 371-II Apartments are designed and intended to serve households composed of one or more persons at least one of whom is 62 years of age or more at the time of initial occupancy. Our residents must be able to fulfill the lease by themselves or with the assistance of private help/ services which must be arranged by either the resident or family members. We provide rental assistance to qualifying individuals through the HUD Section 8 project based voucher and 202 PRAC programs. AHEPA 371 Apartments has 8 mobility assisted units that are available to persons who are at least 18 years old and qualify for a mobility assisted unit as determined by a physician completing the Reasonable Accommodations Verification Form. Rent is calculated through income and any assets that exceed $5,000.00. Both properties follow the HUD income limits that are updated and published annually from HUD.
